In our 18th-century residence, we have created six apartments, each unique and original, combining ancient charm with modern comfort, for a holiday dedicated to relaxation and nature.

Farm
We cultivate olive trees, vines, and the vegetable garden organically and following biodynamic techniques. We leave space for the forest, spontaneous and medicinal herbs in respect of biodiversity.
In our 1700s residence, we have created six apartments, each unique and original, combining ancient charm with modern comfort, for a holiday dedicated to relaxation and nature.
In the picturesque setting of the inner courtyard and the fireplace room, you can enjoy traditional dishes made with organic products from our farm and the area.
We produce an excellent organic extra virgin olive oil and characteristic wines that well represent the territory and the philosophy of our company.
OUR HOSPITALITY
A relaxing location immersed in the unspoiled nature of Tenno
After a day spent at the lake, in the mountains, biking or climbing, you will find relaxation and tranquility, sipping a glass of wine or enjoying our products.
WHO WE ARE
We purchased and renovated an18th-century ancient dwelling, which over the centuries has been used for different purposes. For a period, it hosted a convent of nuns who raised black roosters: hence the name of our house
We have therefore transformed the house into a farmhouse, with the aim of offering our guests a genuine experience, in contact with nature and the territory, allowing them to get to know the local reality and the products it offers, also thanks to the opening of our small restaurant that offers traditional cuisine with products that we grow directly or purchase from local producers.

Our cuisine is linked to the territory, with traditional recipes and ingredients made by us
A small road will lead you to the entrance of our inn, into a room with a fireplace that was once the refectory of the convent of the nuns. In the beautiful season, you can enjoy dinner outdoors, in our courtyard. You can find in our dishes the passion for good food and for local and Trentino products.
