The our abode retains the charm and emotions of the ancient convent that it hosted, where the nuns raised the black roosters from which the name derives.
During the renovation work, we found testimonies of the last abbess, Sister Matilde. On certain nights, her ghost still wanders within these walls, and if you are lucky, you may sense her presence.
